C & K alarm C023-203?

My C & K alarm is acting up. On two sensors the alarm picks up movement and omitts an annoying bleep, It's just started out of the blue, though I'm currently building a small extension, not sure if it has anything to do with it. The panel looks fine and i've tried the reset code. Any advice... ta
