Mend Candy Aqua 1600 Washing Machine Motor Electronic Problem

candy aqua 1600 not spinning?

it try's to spin, but the motor wont turn, the odd time it sparks and half turns. Is it brushes (only 2 years old) are they easily available or is it an electronic problem.
