i have tried to get mine out which i have done but canot put it back together and repair shop wont touch it i would suggest taking to a repair shop now b4 u start opening the case up

UNPLUG DVD--- Remove top cover 5 screws, remove front of DVD, this is clipped on, 2 on the side & 3 underneath. You can now remove the top of disc housing 4 screws, to remove disc. When replacing top of disc housing make sure you locate the sliding part inside in groove of top of the disc housing. You can use a thin screwdriver.

give pana help line a ring and they will tell you toress some buttons its call forced eject..it might be in inst book..dirty ram/dvd disc makes them lock up...
