how cani turn my vista packard bell into xp ?

i would lik to know how can i change the vista os of my packard bell into xp service pack 2 i dont know much about vista id like to know how can i do it somewhere i saw a comment mentioning some bios setting need to change i d like to know that if someone can help me please go ahead.
