Mend Energiser Fuse Keeps Blowing

fuse keeps blowing?

my treadmill keeps shorting out when i put the safety button on to start it. we have now gone through 5 fuses 15 amp fuses. im not sure if it has damaged the circuit board when they blew. we have emailed the company in china to see if we can buy another circuit board but they have not replyed. it is a energiser treadmill only 6 months old
