Mend Remeha RSF820/20 Blown Stopped Working

PCB has blown on my RSF820/20?

This morning my RSF820/20 suddenly stopped working and on closer inspection the main PCB has blown.

On the underside of the PCB you can see that one of the relys modules and some of the copper tracks are completely touched.

Any ideas what may have caused a high voltage to be feed back onto the PBC?
