power divel petrol lawnmower?

can't get my power divel lawnmower to start after its winter rest, i have changed the fuel for some new but still refuses to fire up, i quess the spark plug is what i should check next but i havn't a clue where it is can you help me in any way as the grass is getting longer by the day and i having nightmares thanks yy
