how to get the bottom off tumble dryer?

I am trying to get the plastic bottom off the hotpoint CDT00P
to check the brushes in the motor.

to access the motor on this model you remove the right hand side panel (4 screws at the back and one at the top, underneath the lid). There are no brushes in the motor, possible capacitor fault ?
