Mend Homelite BX90 Bulb Gas Repair

How can I keep Homelite Blower running?

I have a BX90 Homelite Blower- carb problem. Carb is a WA 229 with manual pumper.
Can't get the primer bulb to fill with gas- just put a carb kit in it. What do I need to do now?
