my heater fan on my 1997 fiesta works only on top speed?

My heater fan only works on the top speed , not on the other three. Model 1997 fiesta 1.25 zetec

The heater resistor has gone. Replace it.
It lives in the heater box trunking between the motor and the main H/Box, up behind the dash, to the right of the glovebox.
