i was listening to muzic on the internet when i finished listening to the muzic i was listening to i turned off the my computer the next day when i turned on my computer i tried to put on my internet but it stopped working completly

Have you tried recycling your routers power? It could be that simple

go to system restore in the tools section.
click on start go to accessories click on system tools, go to system restore and follow instructions. choose a date before your problem started
