Hi, I have a problem with my thermostatic mixer shower, the hot water comes on ok but then it stops and runs cold! The hot water is supplied by a Britony II T boiler and the hot water to the basin,bath and kitchen is ok, could someone please help with a possible cause thanks Dave.
I have had to have two entire replacement cartridges for my unit (Bristan) and this was the only thing I could do. Whether it is the hard water causing it to fail I don't know. It is a rip off as the cartridges are over £100 for a Bristan.
