How do I use a Delonghi Professional DFS901ss?

Hi, Just moved into a house with a delonghi dfs901ss and all the setting have been scratched off by someone while cleaning. I have no idea which setting or tempreture is what for the oven. Can anyone help with an instruction manual or picture of the settings?
