whats wrong when there oil and it wont start?

my oil wont come on and there oil in the tank its starts then just cuts out why is this

could be the preasure on the oil pump is not set right or could be faulty oil pump or the photo cell might need cleaned or could be faulty.pull the photo cell out and clean it with a tissue two min job should fix the prob.
