How to pull the Mid PTO on a KubotaL3600?

The mid PTO on my Kubota tractor looks to have a wobble (for lack of a better word)in it when turning.I want to pull it to check it out,has anyone done this?There is a housing with 3 bolts,would this let the PTO shaft come out or is there more to do
