Dyson CR01 will not spin - uneven load cannot spin?

Even with a very light load our washing machine will not fast spin leaving clothes wet.

Any ideas please?

Perversely the CR01 needs a large load to spin properly. If there is a small load then it will not distribute evenly and will create an uneven load - hence the message.
