Mend Fiat 55S Cold Bleed Water

1995 fiat punto 55s?

the temp light came on and the heaters were cold so i bleed the water system and the heaters were lovely and hot but after a few days they became cold again.can u tell me if u think the head gasket is on its way out as ive had car 5months without problems
