Mend Micromark 4 ring Stay Lit Release

how can i fix my micromark 4 ring gas hob?

I have a 4 ring gas hob,the front 2 rings won't stay lit as soon as i release the knob the gas goes out.I can hold the knob in for upto 30 seconds and it still won't stay lit.
Hope you can help me as i'm having to cook with just 2 rings which is a pain in the xxx!!!. Thank You
