howcan i mend my comp it keeps logging off everything when completly shut?

Go to www.knoppix.net
download the CD
Burn it.
Boot your compyooter with the CD in.
Voila.

You're now running Linux from the CD.
It gives you full access to the windows files so you can fix what was wrong.

Fix the windows installation.
Shut down.
Take out the CD and reboot.

Probably not the answer you were expecting but it guarantees to save all you files.
