furnace starts with a bang and smoke comes out husband replaced nozzle worked for a little while now it does the same thing can he do something to fix this thank you

you need to get the combustion set up properly with a flue gas analizer these things cost upwards of a grand so you would be better getting an offtec reg. engineer out to sort it out the price of the service is a lot cheeper than an analizer.
