the water has started coming out of the outlet pipe instead of the shower head, i am thinking maybe a valve or some thing has broken. please can u help. it is the opal 10.5 kw version.
hi this would normally indicate a blockage of some sort take off the hose and see if water still come out of the outlet pipe if it does the blockage is some where in the hose take it all apart clean and re-assembly if not it's further back in the shower then up to you re-new shower or get repaired
