Mend BISSELL 7920 Work Apart Repair Dial

bisell 7920 cant get spray to work?

i have taken my bisell apart to repair the belt (sucessfully) but now i cannot get the formula spray dial to fit back on to the cleaner. How do i m'match' the dial up ?
