setting up LG 6100 LCD TV WITH HOME CINEMA SYTSEM?

WHEN I SWITCH TV ON AND HOME CINEMA SYSTEM THE SOUND COMES THROUGH THE SPEAKERS FOR ABOUT 2 SECONDS THEN GOES OFF.I THEN HAVE TO RESET THE CINEMA SYSTEM TO THE DESIRED SETTING AGAIN.I HAVE THE SYSTEM CONNECTED VIA A DIGITAL OPTICAL CABLE AND A HDMI CABLE.ALSO THE VOICES ON THE TV DONT MATCH THE MOUTHS AFTER ABOUT 1 HOUR.
