abs light on al lthe time seat alhambra 1998?

hi my abs light is on all the time, i found a faulty sensor on front so changed it, but light still stayed on... than i noticed that the reluctor if that is what it is called was not turning when i spin the wheel the reluctor just looks like a jubilee clip.....please help

the reluctor ring should not look like a jubille clip and is pressed on to the outside edge of your outer cv joint it your sure the reluctor ring does not spin with the driveshaft it has probably become detatched from the cv joint and damaged the sensor .the best option would be to fit a new cv joint
