Mend Briggs & Stratton 3.75 Motor Oil

how do i set the valve timming on a briggs and stratton 3.75hp motor?

having repaired an oil leak and taken a look at the internals. i accidently disloged the cam and need to re-time the valves but dont see any timming marks?

there is an arrow on the gear on the ctankshaft and an arrow on the plastic valve gear. Both should be matched up facing each other.
