Ford escort cabriolet 96-wont start after refueling?

Am really hoping someone knows or has had the same problem.....
as usual my escort cabby wont start, and it always seems to be the day after refueling....when it has been sat over night.

i have recently had the fuel pump replaced and the fuel cut off switch replaced, am im starting to loose my patience!! (and cash)

please-any ideas would be very welcome!!
