how do i adjust the engine idol i have a huskee quick cut the governor wont let the engine idol down also rubber strap found laying on deck 12 inchs by 7/8, is this part of the machine? if so where does it go? can i get someone to download the scamantic and information to me . 1998 huskee quick cut modle no. 13as6981-131 44-9781-9 seral no, 1b052b70017 thank you for the help.
