how do i reset my toad car alarm?

Hi I have a toad alarm fitted on my Mitsubishi gto and when I unlock it with the fob the door opens but the locking mechanism keeps clicking until I press the lock on the fob then it stops when I open it again it repeats the same process

put key in ignition.press the black fob button 3 times.switch on ignition (dont start the engine). switch off ignition.
Repeat the process twice.
