Ball Cocks versus Slim fill valves?

You might be able to help.

Would you be able to hazard a guess on the % of toilet tanks that are fitted with old style ball cocks versus those fitted with vertical fill valves (Fluidmaster style) installed.

I am looking only at domestic residences.
