Mend Hinari HDW40 Dishwasher Water Kitchen Appliances

hinari lifestyle slimline dishwasher HDW40?

my dishwasher seems to stop filling with water before the level needed to wash the dishes and just sits. I have tried all the usual things but the same happens every time.
I contacted Hinari and they told me to return to the shop I bought it from and ask for an exchange. But I bought it second hand.
Any ideas?
