check :- belt is on.wiring to motor is good.motor brushes are good.machine is draining water away.filter is clean.drain pump impellor is rotating freely (remove the filter and look inside with a torch where the filter came from to see the impellor).make sure the load is balanced and you arn't trying to spin a single heavy item (wooly jumper/bathmat etc).any of the above will cause a no spin problem.could also be a faulty motor or pcb but try the above first
