WHY IS MY NEFF S4453 UNABLE TO HEAT WATER?

MY NEFF DISH WASHER DOSN'T HEAT THE WATER AND STAYS ON WASH.IF I STOP THE PROGRAM IT WILL PUMP THE WATER OUT. THE SOAP DOOR OPENS WHEN IT SHOULD.CAN ANY BODY HELP?
