how can i fix my sky+ box?

It sounds like you have lost the signal on the 2nd feed. Press services Then number 4
Then number 6

check the QUALITY of both if one is missing try swapping the connectors
(input 1 into input 2) (input 2 into input 1) and if its still the same call sky customer services , your box is knackered or the LNB cable is naff
