Mend Hot Heat Button

hot water on gives heat also?

The heating button is off but when I put hot water on the heating comes on as well but it's not required.

3 port valve is probably stuck. Turn off heating and move lever under valve. Turn heating back on may then be ok.
If not needs new acctuator about £50
