There are two rod type elements in tube slots fixed to refridgerant circulation pipe just above the gas burner. One is the 12 volt element the other is the 240v one . The size & type of wiring will tell you which one is which.
The bad news is you have to disconnect and draw the fridge out of the housing unit. Make sure the gas and 240v supply is isolated, then start by removing the side trim screws. If you have an inset sink or drainig board above the fridge it will be easier to get at the gas connectio and the power conection leads-both 12 and 240v. These all tend to be behind the top facia panel.
Don't forget to remove the outer grills and disconnect the top of the flue outlet
