Mend Rover 75 Window Mechanism Work

how can i fix rover 75 passenger window?

rover 75 window mechanism doesnt work, power to motor and motor operating but mechanism doesnt lower the window, what is wrong? and how can i repair, not sure if it cable operated or scissor mechanism?
please help
