the 108 d is usually an external cylinder 2 bolts and back bleed to get excess air out/make sure the reservoir is filled lid on and your done/part is £50/labour £40.

Your slave cylinder is probably worn. Remedy by adding correct brake fluid to your brake fluid reservoir and pump the brake pedal a few times. This will afford a quick fix but inevitably will get worse resulting in the need of a replacement slave cylinder.

gunstone easy bleed, connect to your osf tyre, 30psi, and pressure bleed the system, takes 5min, and saves you calling people like me out ha ha

Probably your 'concentric' slave cylinder has failed. Gearbox out job m8. Quite costly, cylinder is about £150 or thereabouts + 6-7 hours to have repaired
