rover 216?

i just bought a used rover 216,but it has not got both the security card and the forbe and and its been immobilised now,how can i remobilise the engine?

had this problem with my son's rover 216, we have no key fob either. what we did was disconnect the battery, put the ignition key in the ignition, turned the key to start it, whilst holding the key in this position, reconnected the battery, the car started and has run ok ever since. hope this helps, if not, no idea.
