Mend Vaillant turbo max plus 824e Hot Water Heating

why does Vaillant turbo max plus 824e does not give hot water?

Why does my vaillant turbo max plus 824e give luke warm water specially when the tap is turned on fully??

Why do we have to turn the tap on slowly to get hot water and when we try to open tap fully, then why does it stop giving luke warm water and start giving cold water??

combi boilers are only designed to give a 35 degree rise on the incoming main. also on a 24kw it gives a 35degree rise if the flow through the hot tap is around 9-10 ltrs/min. try slowing down the tap to see if your water gets hotter
