Mend 1.6 Envoy Engine Cold Start Cuts Out

is there a auto choke on a cavalier 1.6 envoy?

engine managment light comes on and sometimes engine cuts out when cold starts straight away again but seems to be o.k when warmed up. Has anyone heard of this problem before and how to fix this.
