Mend Suzuki Vitara JX Alter Head Lights

Alter head lights?

Hi,
I have a 1998 Suzuki Vitara JX H/Top 4x4 right hand drive. We have moved to France and I need to alter the headlights to left hand drive...can this be done or do I need to purchase a new set of lights?
