ford fiesta 2008 wiper washer not working?

This as happened to me on my ford focus, but i know it isnt the nozzle which are blocked because i disconnectet the pipes which are attached to them, and the pump is still making a noise, but no water coming out.......

Can anyone help me please.........

most likely the jets on the bonnet and tailgate are
blocked.These can be freed out with a common pin.
Just insert the pin a few times and then operate the
washers. You may need to keep the button pressed
for a minute or so to allow the water to come up the
pipes.
