My 1512s wont spin but drains!!?

the machine spins when washing but when the drain spin cycle comes it wont, but does drain. any ideas???

when you say spins when washing do you mean simply tumbles - or does it do a mid rinse spin? could be the solenoid value which has a tube running to it is blocked - it stops the machine trying to spin when full of water
