How to repair Hair Clippers?

My clipper is not cutting properly. Instead of cutting the hair its pulling it.

i have the same problem pull my hair out OUCH!!! tryed readjusting just like instuc, says still with no luck ...its a good thing it was a gift,

Have you used clipper oil on the blades? If yes, then check the two screws on the underside of the cutting head are either not loose or too tight.
Also, check that the two cutting heads are parallel to each other. Although the lower cutting head is marginally forward of the upper head, it must be parallel to work properly.
