I have a hom brew computer and have found the sound card driver but when I download it goes to zip files and I unzip it but after that I`m not sure wher its goes .....do I need to put it to disc and then try or what..........sound card is part of motherboard and its a RTL8100C driver I found on SOFTPEDIA .......I got this computer from a freind and reformatted HD to get rid of a virus that was on it ....thought windows xp would install audio driver for me as it has in the past ....but didn`t ...is there a program I can get to install this driver ....
thanks BG
If you've downloaded the Zip file and don't know what folder it's put the files into then do it again and watch where it saves them too because it does show you. Mines usually say C drive/My Documents/My Received Files so just go to where it's saved it and run the Installer
