OVEN WILL NOT HEAT UP?

I HAVE A CANNON CAMBIDGE DOUBLE OVEN WHEN I LITE THE MAIN BOTTOM OVEN IT ONLY JUST LIGHTS UP I CANT TURN IT UP EVEN ON GAS MK 9 IT STILL STAYS THE SAME VERY LOW
