Removing the winder from a fake Rolex?

I have a fake Rolex that goes but has a scruffy case. I also have a fake Rolex that doesn't go that has a nice clean case. But I can't swap the movements because I can't release the winder from either. Anyone got any ideas please

undo the small screw on the rear of the movement one turn next to the winder and it will pull out.
