instructions for crofton chocolate fondue fountain?

Crofton Chocolate fountain melting chocolate instructions.. I found my book
turn switch on to warm up fountain for 3-5 minutes while you melt the chocolate in the microwave. Prepare the chocolate combine 3 cups of chocolate chips with 3/4 to 1 cup of cooking oil, Add more oil if needed to thin the consistency. Place in the microwave and cook for 2 1/2 minutes, when done stir the chocolate.If necessary reheat in the microwave for another 2 minutes and stir again.
The chocolate neds to be completely melted and of thin consistency to allow proper flow. Add more oil if necessary.
once the chocolate is completely melted, turn on the motor switch so the heater and motor are both running, carefully pour the melted chocolate in the bowl at the base of the tower by the rotating auger.
Fountain needs to be level to ensure proper sheeting of chocolate.

Tammy, I'm looking for the same recipe; As far as I remember, you melt a bag of choc. chips in microwave and mix in 2 cups vegetable oil. I think I'm correct but wanted to check it out online and all I find are fancy gormet recipes with a dozen ingredients! Good luck

I don't think you will get much much joy in this section, I think you need DIY general, sounds delicious though.
