How to get in touch with Moffat????

The inner glass door of my Moffat MSF615 has slipped down and is no longer sealed. I am having great difficulty getting in touch with anybody. I have One number (01582491234) but nobody seems to pick up the phone. Any help out there as am not sure if I can use oven whilst glass is out.

don't use the oven with the inner door glass missing as it will cause the fascia and surrounding cupboards to get over hot and cause damage.the outer door glass will become very hot and could explode.I have seen it happen!.wickes diy stores sold a range of these and they where part of electrolux.servicing and spares was covered by serviceforce

Just googled it and came up with the Website www.espares.co.uk you should be able to get any spares from there.
