Washer started making a strange noise during the 1st Rinse Cycle when the washer had towels on large load. We turned off the washer and got the towels out and drained the water. Tried another cycle to testing but the Rotor/Agitator is not moving.
Is the washer spinning ok? If the washer is not If the washer is making the same noise during the spin mode it sounds like a bad motor coupling. You have to open up the washer to check it out.
